8-BIT PACMAN GHOSTS: Designer Ryan Coleman (http://www.ryan-coleman.ca/) used his skills to turn some of everyone’s favorite characters into Pacman Ghosts.
I woke up this morning and read an article in TechCrunch that immediately caught my attention with its references to both Angry Birds and potatoes (yeah, I was hungry.) Pota-toss, an aspiring project featured on Kickstarter, is a new game for iOS that takes our love for tossing virtual objects, and combines that with a beautiful user interface and a creative use of the iPhone/iPad’s native geo-location features. It determines your location/time zone and allows you to fling adorable potatoes at your friends with an awesome backdrop of your actual city during the corresponding time of day.
The excitement of backing a project on Kickstarter is as addicting as they say - it’s been awesome to be part of this team’s genuine passion and excitement, and I’m really looking forward to seeing them succeed with their investment goals. Can’t wait to get this app and see what the Philly backdrop looks like!
We’re addicted, too. :)
